Black Cherry Ice Cubes
Ingredients
- 500 mL water. 
- Ice cube trays 
Instructions
- in a bottle, add 15 ml of Black Cherry Juice Concentrate into 500 mL water. Mix well. 
- pour into ice cube trays and put into the freezer. 
- add ice cubes to water or other drinks. 
Variations
Stronger concentration: add 30 mL of Black Cherry Juice Concentrate to 500 mL.
- Recommend diluting the juice concentrate prior to freezing. 
- Optimal dilution to make the ice cubes is 15 mL per 500 mL water. 
Black Cherry Sangria
Ingredients
- Black Cherry Juice Concentrate. 
- Black Cherry Juice Ice Cubes (recipe above). 
- Sangria mixture (or according to your favourite recipe): 
- Wine (red or rose or white), liquor (Brandy or Cognac), fruit (citrus and non citrus combination). 
- Frozen berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, cherries) 
Instructions
- freeze berries overnight. 
- mix the Sangria mixture or combine the wine, liquor, fruits (according to your favourite recipe) in a pitcher and store in the fridge overnight. 
- add Black Cherry Juice Concentrate (start with a mild dilution such as 15 mL per 500 mL of liquids and adjust according to taste preferences). 
- add Black Cherry Ice Cubes just prior to serving.
